Rosendin Electric’s new mixed-use space embodies its commitment to safety, transparency, and growth. As the largest employee-owned company in its industry, Rosendin prioritized a design that enhances safety for all employees while fostering transparency between warehouse workers and executives. This space reflects Rosendin’s core values of accountability, pride, and customer focus, while also strengthening teamwork and talent retention.
Implemented in three phases across two buildings, the design serves multiple functions—educating employees, ensuring safety, and narrating Rosendin’s journey from past to future. Open connections between executive offices, the warehouse, and fabrication areas foster a sense of unity, while signature elements, such as pops of Rosendin’s blue and field items like hard hats and junction boxes as art installations, bridge the office and field environments.
The design aligns seamlessly with Rosendin’s growth goals, incorporating flexible workspaces, safety-promoting features, and elements that ensure comfort and productivity. It’s a space where everyone, from the CEO to hourly warehouse workers, feels safe and proud to call “theirs.” Located in an industrial park near Dulles Airport, the project harmonizes with its surroundings. Whether you’re in work boots or dress shoes, you’ll always feel like you belong at Rosendin
