Unlike traditional spec suites, SPACE+ is already furnished and wired for a tenant’s first day – all they need to do is show up. Additionally, walls are strategically positioned for easy demolition should a tenant want to seamless expand into one of the other two suites. Through extensive coordination with the project engineers, designers were able to achieve this flexible layout that will always maintain airflow and desired acoustic levels, no matter which walls are removed. The three flexible suites balance privacy and communion by opening to a central hub fashioned with high-end furniture pieces and finishes.
A nuanced mix of subtle hues, classic shapes, and nods to nature, create a serene but easily customizable canvas. Designers likened the office’s design to a jewelry box, punctuating the space with delicate accents and colors. Layers of specialty lighting brought new life to 30+ year old travertine uncovered by designers, making it the perfect foil to the new pristine walls in the lobby. Moving into the central hub, a live wall garden artistically mixes flat moss, bun moss, succulents, and ferns, into a wooden frame. Complimenting the wall; a nearby pantry with long, lean tiles used as an alternative to a standard grid, gives the space an elevated, modern look.
The resulting space is a sophisticated work environment designed to meet any potential tenants’ evolving needs, regardless of whether they are big or small.
